The band's members are as diverse as their music, representing the musical traditions of both the Azorian Islands and Continental Portugal.
Kristina Airoso
Kristina was born in San Jose, CA and began singing at the age of 5. She has always been involved in the Portuguese community with different schools, clubs and commitees. Her musical influences include Celine Dion and Mariza.

Brian Taveira
Brian started playing the keyboards at age 5 and is actively involved in many different Portuguese community events. He enjoys working in the studio and his many musical influences include Jim Brickman and Jordan Rudess, to name a few.

Peter Costa
Peter was born in Lisbon and he cannot remember a day in his life when there wasn't music in his house. He started playing guitar at age 11, when his father gave him his first music lesson. His influences are many and diverse - from Amalia Rodrigues to ZZ Top.

Rob Caetano
Rob's love for music started at a very young age. He started playing the piano & clarinet at age 7. At age 12, he learned to play the guitar and has since had a passion for the instrument. Rob says that DESTINO has brought him back to his Portuguese roots.

Eric Souza
Ever since Eric can remember, music has always been a big part of his family. His father introduced him to music as a child with toy drums, guitars and pianos. He's been exposed to everything from classical to hip-hop and really enjoys all genres of music.
